David Rafiy

David Rafiy has held positions in commercial real estate at JP Morgan, Thor Equities, and the Carlton Group.  At the Carlton Group, he helped run the firms loan acquisition platform.  While at JP Morgan, David was responsible for underwriting and structuring commercial real estate large loans for JP Morgan’s investment banking clients in the office, retail, multi-family, hotel and industrial property sectors.  At Thor Equities, David was responsible for asset management of a portfolio of over 30 properties.  David holds an MBA in Finance from The Stern School of Business at NYU and a BA in History from the University of Michigan.  David is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York.

Damien R. Wilson

Damien Wilson has held positions at Credit Suisse, UrbanAmerica and the Carlton Group.  Mr. Wilson has arranged capital for some of the largest commercial real estate transactions in the past few years including the recapitalization of the retail condominium at 666 Fifth Avenue and the acquisition of 1250 Broadway.  While at UrbanAmerica, a $400 million real estate private equity fund, Mr. Wilson was responsible for underwriting the fund’s investments in development projects as well as the acquisition of core and value-add opportunities.  Mr. Wilson received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Morehouse College.
